About Me

With a passion for gatherings and charcuterie always being at the top of my favorite things to serve, I decided to do what I love most and launched Orange County’s very first Charcuterie Cart.

Starting a business in SoCal, was a difficult task. I had no prior experience but with the help of my fiancé, family and friends, everything came together and it became official.

The most exciting part of starting this business was when I was featured as a “Hometown Hustler” on KIIS FM with Ryan Seacrest. I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to speak to Ryan about OC Charcuterie Cart.
