Hi, I’m Ella — the cheese-obsessed, cracker-stacking, flavor-pairing heart behind OC Charcuterie Cart. What started as a simple love for gathering around beautiful food has grown into a rolling feast on wheels: my charcuterie cart.

I believe food should be more than something you eat — it should be an experience. That’s why I curate every board with seasonal ingredients, artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, and little touches that make guests say, “Wow!” Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, corporate event, or an intimate gathering, my goal is to create an experience that’s as stunning as it is delicious.
